Orivo Credit Club members can request a 100% refund within 7 days of payment. No questions asked.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method, depending on bank or payment gateway timelines.

Our DSA loan consultancy service is free for customers. Since no payment is collected from customers for this service, no refund is applicable.
